Terms of Use

By accessing or using Pickle Relish ("the Service"), operated by Pickle Labs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Pickle Relish is a pickleball tournament management platform that allows users to organise round-robin events, log match scores, track statistics, and connect with other players. Features include a real-time broadcast dashboard, player profiles, crew groups, and casual game logging.

You must create an account to access most features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information, including a unique Player Name that will appear on scoreboards.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. Accounts may be suspended or terminated if you violate these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Enter false or fraudulent match scores
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute content without permission

The Service includes a dispute mechanism to flag incorrect scores. Tournament composers have final authority over score corrections within their events. Pickle Labs does not arbitrate disputes between users.

Some features require a paid subscription or a per-tournament fee. Entry fee collection for tournament participants is processed via Stripe. Pickle Labs charges a small booking fee on collected entry fees. All fees are clearly disclosed before payment. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact support at holler@pickleball.com.au.

All content, branding, design, and code belonging to Pickle Labs remains our exclusive property. User-generated content (scores, team names, profile data) remains yours — by submitting it you grant us a licence to display it within the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the accuracy of any statistics or ratings displayed.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pickle Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of NSW.
