Privacy Policy

Information you provide:

• Account details: email address, Player Name, first and last name
• Profile information: phone/WhatsApp number, DUPR rating, avatar
• Tournament data: match scores, team names, event details you create
• Payment information (processed securely by Stripe — we do not store card numbers)

Automatically collected:

• Log data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, time of access
• Device information: operating system, browser version
• Cookies and session tokens used to keep you logged in (via Supabase Auth)

From third parties:

• If you sign in via Google, Apple, or Facebook, we receive your name, email, and profile picture as permitted by those platforms

• To provide and operate the Service
• To display your player name and stats on scoreboards and leaderboards
• To send in-app notifications about disputes, scores, and invitations
• To allow other logged-in users to contact you via WhatsApp if you have provided your phone number (you control this)
• To process tournament entry fee payments
• To improve the Service and fix bugs
• To comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not send marketing emails without your consent.

Your Player Name, relish rating, and match statistics are publicly visible to other users on scoreboards and leaderboards.

Your phone number, if provided, is visible only to other logged-in users and only used to generate a WhatsApp contact button. It is never published publicly or shared with third parties.

Your email address is never shown to other users.

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL with row-level security policies). Data is hosted on servers located in Australia or the United States depending on your Supabase region.

We use HTTPS for all data in transit. We implement row-level security so users can only access data they are authorised to view.

• Supabase — database and authentication ( privacy policy)
• Stripe — payment processing ( privacy policy)
• Google / Apple / Facebook — optional OAuth sign-in
• WhatsApp (Meta) — we generate links to wa.me; we do not access your WhatsApp account or messages

We use essential session cookies to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. You can clear cookies in your browser settings, but this will log you out of the Service.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data via your profile settings
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Withdraw consent for optional data use (e.g. remove your phone number)

The Service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has created an account, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notice. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
